Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. I also am not comfortable with the Scentsy prices.I'm sure they work great, but I don't like the inconvenience of scheduling to smell so I can purchase. I purchased my BHG warmer and 3 scents a few days ago. My mom has owned two for about a year now and her house always smells wonderful. Its not as strong as the cubes though. I also purchased a couple of oils to add to my waxes.
Other offers may also be available. A very close friend introduced me to Scentsy. She sold Scentsy for several years and she was a stay at home mom. She introduced me to the products, and by watching her success I became interested in selling the products myself. I have the brown one in the second picture. I acutally bought it this summer for VBS because I didn't want to have a candle near the kids.
Better Homes & Gardens Full Size Wax Warmer, Farmhouse Botanical
I got one of them because my teacher had one, and her classroom always smelled great. I used to burn scented candles to get my room to smell good, but now I just use my warmer, so I don't have worry about fires. I just bought a better homes and gardens warmer and I love it.

I like the harvest scents but 2 of my favorites of all time are out of season/retired . I haven't witnessed one being safer than the other. Better Homes & Garden Wax Warmer
I have a few through out our apartment to get rid of the "apartment" smell that never seems to go away. I have a huge collection of differs scents of the tarts. They last so long in these warmers. I actually bought this in order to save money on the hundreds of candles I buy every year and I am definatly saving money. I am only giving Scentsy the edge here because Scentsy scents seem to last longer. Please do not confuse this with the strength of the scent.

Scentsy has free shipping on orders over $150. Having a consultant is HARDLY inconvenient and she leaves the testers with me until I'm done with them. She picks them up and then I can place an order with her or go online and do it myself. She usually leaves me a couple of cubes of samples to try of the new scent of the month. I bought a BHG warmer and watched the wax melt...along with the paint that the wax reservoir was sitting in! For fear of it setting on fire, I stopped using it.
Better Homes and Gardens Christmas Scented Wax Warmer Gingerbread House 2012 NIB
Sometimes I buy the BH&G wax cubes and warm them in the warmer. Sometimes I buy the BH&G potpourri and warm them in the warmer. Sometimes I add the BH&G potpourri to the tart wax after it has lost most of its scent to extend it until the wax is gone. From their Fall/Harvest Collection.

Please keep in mind that it might be different with different styles of warmers but I am comparing those only listed at the top of the page.

I just bought a Better Homes and Garden Warmer. Don't understand why but I am returning it to WalMart. I just don't think that the BHG citrus scents are as fresh as GC. I think it is up to each individual. I don't think the BHG Fragrance Cubes smell fake at all. I actually thought they smelled pretty close to the real thing.

Clean-up is the easiest in this warmer BY FAR though. It is so easy to pour back into the case and there's no thing in the middle to burn my fingers and overall, I love the design of the lid. It sometimes gets a little warm and when I want to transfer the wax, it kinda burns my fingers! Also, I can only burn ONE cube of wax at a time.
I like being able to have an option not just something you have to order from a consultant. I can't tell what the scents smell like. I am sure Scentsy is good, but this is just more afforadable me. I like being able to purchase in store as well.
I so like to use my yankee candle tarts in it. I do have some of the BHG wax cubes and they work well and smell good too. I have two warmers I bought one August and hubby got me one for my birthday.
I am one of those people that has to smell the scents of the candles before I actually buy them. The only downside to the Better Homes and Gardens warmer isn't even a problem with the warmer itself. The only complaint I have is with the wax. When I go to transfer the wax out of it, it quickly dries up and leaves hardened wax on the edges.
I sold $500 worth of products in a two-week period! Which took little to no effort at all. I got mine at walmart and it works just as good as scentsy.
